Fayette County arrests three on synthetic drug charges

FAYETTE COUNTY — According to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, three men have been arrested on synthetic drug related charges following an operation by the Drug Task Force with the assistance of the sheriff’s office. synthetic drugs

On Wednesday, 44-year-old Jon M. Black, of Pana; 21-year-old Skyler J. Ermovick, of Rosamond; and 40-year-old Shane A. Mosley, of Taylorville, were taken into custody and transported to the Fayette County jail.

Black has been formally charged with three counts Class 2 felony for distributing a synthetic or misbranded drug, and three counts Class 3 felony for manufacturing with the intent to distribute a look-alike substance. His bail has been set at $75,000.

Ermovick has been formally charged with Class 3 felony manufacturing with the intent to distribute a look-alike substance. His bail has been set at $2,500.

Mosely has been charged with Class 2 felony distributing a synthetic or misbranded drug, and Class 3 felony manufacturing with the intent to distribute a look-alike substance. His bail has been set at $50,000.

Mosely was released on his own recognizance last week from the Christian County jail, where he had been held on a petition to revoke his probation from a 2013 meth precursor possession conviction.
