SALEM, IL — A homeless man from Salem was arrested Friday after allegedly sexually harassing an employee at a downtown pet store. Police say 37 year old Dustin Ferrell made unwelcome comments during multiple visits to the business over the past week. Other businesses in the area also reported similar incidents. Ferrell was charged with stalking, disorderly conduct, and threatening a public official after allegedly threatening an officer during his arrest. He remains in custody pending his first court appearance, which is scheduled for today.
