Elizabeth Ann Horst-Ramsey, age 51 of Centralia, passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025 in Centralia.

Beth was born on March 1, 1974 in Centralia, the daughter of David and Patricia “Patty” (Sidener) Pickel. She married Bryan Horst and they divorced. She married Timothy Ramsey and he survives in Centralia.

In addition to her husband Tim of Centralia, she is survived by her parents, David and Patty Pickel of Salem; her children, Brendan Horst and wife Ashea of Salem, “Babydoll” Horst of Centralia, Bailey Horst and wife Sheena of Centralia, and Brayden Horst and wife Eliana of Centralia; grandchildren, Brentley, Bryson, Hadley, and another on the way; two sisters, Tiffany Bullard and Stacey Adams; and her ex-husband, Bryan Horst of Centralia.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Beth worked for the last 12 years as a Mental Health Technician at Murray Center in Centralia. Prior to that, she owned and operated a daycare out of her home for many years. She was a devoted mom and mom-mom, always making sure to be present and available for her kids.

A visitation to share memories with the family and remember the life of Elizabeth Ann Horst-Ramsey will be held from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Crouse Funeral Home in Salem.
