JEFFERSON COUNTY — The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help in identifying a person and vehicle believed involved in a theft in the Dix/Walnut Hill area.

A Facebook post from the sheriff’s office shows a man wearing a t-shirt that says “Dad” on the front with a quote along with shorts. He’s carrying a chainsaw.

The suspect’s vehicle can be seen in the background and appears to be a two-door silver car.
