WAYNE COUNTY, IL — Wayne County deputies have arrested three people following a burglary investigation. Last month, Mitchell Leas and Gage Roth were found in a vehicle with stolen power tools, ammunition, meth, and digital scales. A follow up search of Leas’ home uncovered two stolen firearms and a laptop. The probe then led authorities to a property owned by David Hudgens Jr., where more stolen items were found. All three are now facing multiple charges as the investigation continues.
