CLAY CITY, IL — A Clay City school bus crash on US 50 Friday afternoon left multiple students with minor injuries. The bus swerved off the road to avoid a wheel that had fallen from an eastbound SUV. The driver of the bus lost control and struck a ditch. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported. The incident occurred at 12:16 p.m. and is currently under investigation by Illinois State Police.
