CENTRALIA, IL — A homeless Centralia man now has a roof over his head; he’s being held without bond after police say he sexually abused a 16-year-old runaway. 44-year-old Joshua Turner was found by police with the girl hiding under the bed of a room in the closed Langenfeld Hotel in downtown Centralia. Turner admitted knowing she was underage.

Turner was ordered to be held without bond at his first court appearance. He also faces a probation violation on a separate charge.
